2011 Sterling Main Street Blues Festival Lineup Set

 Mississippi Heat Headlining 2011 SMSBF

Sterling Main Street and the Crossroads Blues Society are proud to announce the 2011 lineup and plans for the the Sterling Main Street Blues Festival!  The new timeframe for the 2011 festival will be Friday, July 15, 2011 and Saturday, July 16, 2011.  This is the third annual event and we are excited about our new July dates!  The format for this year's festival will be a Friday night kick-off hosted at the Starlight Theater and Lounge on 314 1st Avenue, Sterling, IL 61081.  Doors open at 5 PM.  Advanced tickets are $5 and, if tickets are still available, they will be $10 at the door.  The lineup:

8:00 PM	Barstool Bob Band
10:00 PM	Starlight Band

On Saturday, the event moves outside to the large, open area on Third and Locust Streets in downtown Sterling behing the Sterling Rock Falls Clinic and the Sterling Chamber of Commerce.  Advanced tickets will also only be $5, with a $10 fee at the door.  The lineup:
